Former U.S. Ambassador Christopher Hill To Speak At St. Andrew's by-the-Sea
The Former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq will be in Little Compton Wednesday night.

Christopher R. Hill, former U.S. ambassador to Iraq and an expert on international relations, will speak at Episcopal Church this Wednesday night on the topic ." The event will begin at 7 p.m. at the church, located at 182 Willow Ave., Little Compton.
The event is free of charge and open to the public. There will be a reception following Hill's address, which is sponsored by the Outreach and Parish Life Committees of St. Andrew's by-the-Sea.
Hill is currently the dean of the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. He is the former ambassador to Iraq, assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific Affairs and ambassador to Korea, Poland and Macedonia.

Over the course of his career, Hill has served under U.S. presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
After American diplomats were expelled from Haiti, Hill's family moved to Little Compton, where he attended Moses Brown, Bowdoin College and the Naval War College.
