Little Compton Police Seize 4 Pot Plants

Fall River Man Arrested With 4 Pot Plants In Car

Brenton Dewsnap, age 20, Fall River, MA, was arrested on Wednesday, June 20 at 8:20 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana. Little Compton Police stopped Dewsnap on Colebrook Road and officers detected the odor of unburnt marijuana coming from inside the car. After questioning Dewsnap, he allegedly admitted to having marijuana plants inside. After a search of the car, police seized four marijuana plants. He was arrested and charged.

  • Taylor D Eddy, 20, of 19 Bay Farm Lane, Little Compton, was arrested on a Little Compton Police warrant for domestic vandalism on Monday, June 18 at 5 p.m. Police stopped Eddy for a motor vehicle infraction and took him into custody on after discovering the warrant during a computer check. He was booked and later arraigned at the station.
  • Nelia Ferreira, age 44, Somerset, MA, was arrested on Friday, June 22 at 4:16 p.m. on an outstanding district court bench warrant. Ferreira was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on West Main Road when a subsequent computer check showed she was wanted. She was arrested and later arraigned at .
