Police Logs: 2 Nabbed for DUI On Sunday

The following arrests were made between Friday, Dec. 3 and Sunday, Dec. 5 by the . The information contained in these logs was obtained through either press releases or other public documents kept by the police. All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

• Sara Cantin, 23, of 881 Bulgarmarsh Road, Tiverton, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 3 at 10:51 a.m. at her residence. Cantin was charged with vandalism to property.

• Julie L. Truver, 53, of 687 Bristol Ferry Road, Portsmouth, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 3 at 10:02 p.m. at 579 Hancock St., Tiverton. Truver was charged with refusal to relinquish a telephone.

• Michael C. Lebeau, 18, of 14 Last St., Tiverton, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 5 at 2:58 p.m. at 77 Hayden Ave., Tiverton. Lebeau was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (first offense), possession of a knife larger than three inches and refusal to submit a chemical test.

• Michael Rogers, 53, of 60 Tower Hill Road, Tiverton, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 5 at 10:54 p.m. at 23 Tower Hill Road, Tiverton. Rogers was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (first offense) and reckless driving/eluding police (first offense).
