TIVERTON, RI—It happens a few times every year in Tiverton: a horse gets stuck.
It happened again on Thursday and fortunately, Tiverton firefighters were able to extricate the horse from the fence in the area of 3640 Main Road.

Crews were able to get the horse unstuck in about 20 minutes.
Firefighters posted photos of the rescue on Facebook with the last photo showing the horse standing on four legs.
