Tiverton Man Charged 7 Times For Domestic Larceny

A Tiverton man allegedly got a little too comfortable at the ATM with someone else's information and received seven counts of larceny from .

Chad M. Bergeron, 36, of Tiverton, was arrested at 11:53 p.m., Friday, May 18 and charged with seven counts of domestic larceny under $500.

According to Lt. Patrick Jones, police received a complaint from a woman, alleging her ex-husband, Bergeron, with whom they have children in common and have been separated for years, accessed her checking account without authorization. Jones said Bergerson allegedly withdrew funds seven times from an ATM at various dates, amounting to approximately $1,030.
