Tiverton Man Charged With Tattooing Minor At His Apartment

arrested a man last week for allegedly tattooing a 17-year-old girl at his apartment.
Jason Jones, of 9 Shove St., Tiverton, was arrested at 9 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 19. He was charged with tattooing a minor.
Lt. Patrick Jones said a man came into the station with his 17-year-old daughter, who said he found a tattoo on the right side of her neck. When questioned, the father said he wanted to press charges against the individual who did it because his daughter is a minor.

Jones said the daughter cooperated with police and identified the individual, Jason Jones, as the person who tattooed her out of his apartment. Lt. Jones said an arrest warrant was filed and Jason Jones turned himself into police headquarters and was arraigned in district court.
