Tiverton Police Arrest High School Students For Cyberstalking
A look at the past week's arrests.

The following arrests were reported by on Wednesday, Feb. 16:
Juvenile Arrests
- A 12-year-old Tiverton boy was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Feb. 8 at on a disorderly conduct charge.
- A 17-year-old Portsmouth male was arrested by Tiverton Police at 12:34 p.m. Feb. 9. He was charged with cyberstalking.
- A 15-year-old Tiverton male was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Feb. 9. He was charged with cyberstalking.
- A 17-year-old girl, of Tiverton, was arrested at 8:18 a.m. Feb. 16 at Tiverton High School. She was charged with disorderly conduct.
- A 16-year-old Tiverton girl was arrested by Tiverton Police at 9:05 a.m. Feb. 16 at Tiverton High School. She was charged with disorderly conduct.

- Jamie Emmanuel Viera, 23, of 11 Third St. Bristol, was arrested by Tiverton Police at 7:37 p.m. Feb. 12 on Route 24. Viera was taken into custody on an outstanding bench warrant from Sixth District Court.
- Harmony Cabral, 30, of 16 Birch St., Tiverton was arrested by Tiverton Police at 1:23 a.m. Feb. 14 at Fort Barton School. Cabral was taken into custody on an outstanding bench warrant in Second District Court.
- Pamela Larocque, 23, of 126 Durfee Road, Tiverton, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Feb. 15 at 242 Main Road, the Pocasset School Field. Larocque was taken into custody on an outstanding bench warrant in Second District Court.
- Paul Joseph Cote, 45, of 188 Palmer St., Apt. B, Fall River, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. Feb. 15 at 550 Main Road. Cote was taken into custody on an outstanding bench warrant in Newport Superior Court.
Weapon Possession Charge
- Erick Alan Hartnett, 25, of 2365 Main Road, Tiverton, was arrested at noon Feb. 12 on Route 24. Hartnett was charged with possession of a knife with a blade over three inches long.
Marijuana Possession Charge

- Cameron Ramsay, 24, of 11 Watuppa Ave., Tiverton, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Feb. 14 at 38 Stafford Road. Ramsay was charged with possession of marijuana (first offense).
Assault Charge
- Tony J. Rodrigues, 32, of 247 Welcome St., Fall River, was arrested by Tiverton Police at 12:28 p.m. Feb. 15 at 32 Main Road, Apt. A. Rodrigues was charged with simple assault and battery and disorderly conduct. According to Lt. Patrick Jones, Tiverton Police got a call from Rodrigues’s ex-wife. Rodrigues was reportedly dropping off their children on Feb. 15 at his ex-wife's residence in Tiverton when he saw her with her boyfriend. Police said Rodrigues allegedly charged the boyfriend and his ex-wife got in the way.
Suspended License
- Alan James Adams, 24, of 59 Cypress Ave., Tiverton, was arrested by Tiverton Police at 7:23 p.m. Feb. 15 at 280 Fish Road. Adams was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Editor's Note: This story has been modified since its original posting. The earlier report incorrectly stated where the two juveniles charged with cyberstalking were arrested. They were arrested at the police station.
