Tiverton Police: Violation of No Contact Order, Bench Warrant

The following arrests were supplied by the Tiverton Police Department. They do not indicate a conviction.

Violation of no contact order

Natalie M. Pratt, 41, of 1353 Main Road, Tiverton, was arrested at 12:36 p.m., Thursday, April 5. She was charged with violation of a no contact order.

Lt. Patrick Jones said Pratt's son had an active no contact order issued against her. The son alleged the mother walked into the residence and encountered her son downstairs. Jones said Pratt was telling her son he had to leave the house. The son claimed there was a brief argument and then police were called.

Bench warrant

Steven Mauricio, 20, of 512 Crandall Road, Tiverton, was arrested at 10:18 p.m., Thursday, April 5. He was taken into custody based on an outstanding warrant issued in Second District Court. Jones said police became aware of Mauricio when a car was pulled over on Stafford Road for speeding that day, and Mauricio was a passenger.
