Tiverton Teen Found Safe in Little Compton

Ester Brooks, the 16-year-old local Tiverton teenager , was found safe at a friend's home in Little Compton Friday afternoon, according to .

Lt. Patrick Jones reported shortly after 4 p.m. on Friday that Brooks was found safe. Her parents are working with police so she can be placed in support services to prevent her from running away again.

Jones added that within minutes of the published post on Patch, Det. Brendan McKinnon's office got a tip that the girl might be in Little Compton.
