Two Taken To Hospital After Car Accident in Tiverton

The accident was reported near 1320 Main Road at 5 p.m.

Two people were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries following an accident on Main Road in Tiverton Tuesday afternoon.

Chief Robert Lloyd said the accident occurred around 5 p.m. behind the . An older model pick-up truck, possibly a Ford Ranger, sustained heavy front and driver's side damage. A Dodge pick-up truck was also involved the accident.

The vehicles were towed and the scene was cleaned up by 5:40 p.m.
