WEATHER UPDATE: Hour-by-Hour Forecast for Tiverton/Little Compton

Snow will start falling at 6:45 p.m. on Sunday.

Snow is expected to hit Tiverton and Little Compton on Sunday night and not stop falling until Tuesday morning, Weather.com reports.

Expect some freezing rain in the mix as well.

Woonsocket could get 6 to 8 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service.

The Weather Channel said light snow will return to the Greater Boston area by 6 p.m. Sunday. Steadier snow is expected to begin at about 7 p.m. Sunday. -- and last for more than 24 hours.
