Portsmouth Man Arrested On DUI Charge: Cops

WARWICK, RI — A Portsmouth man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.

Keith Cavaca, 54, was pulled over and arrested shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 95 in Warwick, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Cavaca was charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and refusal to submit to chemical test, acccording to the release.

Cavaca was processed at the Wickford Barracks, "arraigned, and released to the custody of a responsible adult," the release said.
