Warwick Police Seek To Identify Man Holding Box

The man was "strolling through our local Best Buy carrying an item found on the shelves" and left without paying for it, police said.

WARWICK, RI — The Warwick police are attempting to identify a man pictured holding a box.

"We'll let you use your imagination as to why we'd like to identify the person pictured strolling through our local Best Buy carrying an item found on the shelves and then allegedly walking out without making any attempt to pay for said item," the Warwick Police Department said in a social media post.

"We're guessing most of you already know the reason, which is not to find out the quality of his new speaker ... " the post said, asking anyone who knows the man in the picture to call 401-468-4200.
