CT Man Pulled Over In Warwick And Arrested On Dui Charge: Cops

WARWICK, RI — A Connecticut man was pulled over in Warwick and charged with driving under the influence, police said.

Stephen Patch, 30, also was charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Patch, a resident of Norwich was stopped on Interstate 95 shortly before 1 a.m. Monday, the release said.

Patch was processed at the Wickford Barracks and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
