North Providence Man Charged With DUI

WARWICK, RI — A North Providence man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.

Antonio Gemma, 22, was pulled over shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 95 in Warwick, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Gemma was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, according to the release.

"Gemma was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court," the release said.
