North Providence Man Wanted on Breaking And Entering, Conspiracy Charges Captured: Cops

WARWICK, RI — A North Providence man wanted on breaking and entering and conspiracy charges was apprehended, police said.

Janser Hernandez, 18, was pulled over on Bald Hill Road in Warwick shortly before 1 a.m., the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Hernandez was arrested on a warrant charging him with unlawful breaking and entering, conspiracy, and obstruction, the release said.

The charges stemmed from a Pawtucket Police Department case, according to the release.

Hernandez was processed at the Wickford Barracks and "turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department," the release said.
