Warwick Man Wanted On Reckless Driving Charge Surrenders: Cops

He turned himself in and was arrested, police said.

WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man wanted on a reckless driving charge surrendered to the law, police said.

Askari Stefanidis, 18, turned himself in at the Rhode Island State Police Scituate Barracks and was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Sept. 29, the state police said in a media release.

The charge was in connection with a Pawtucket Police Department case, according to the release.

Stefanidis was "processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department," the release said.
