Providence Woman Charged With DUI: Cops (patch.com) — A 28-year-old Providence woman was stopped on Centerville Road in Warwick and charged with driving under the influence, according to Rhode Island State Police. She also allegedly refused a chemical test and was processed at the Wickford Barracks before being held overnight for arraignment in Third Division District Court.
   

2. 2 Raccoons Found In Warwick Test Positive For Rabies: State (patch.com) — Two raccoons found near Walter Street and Duncan Road in Warwick have tested positive for rabies, prompting treatment for several residents and dogs. State health officials say rabid animal cases are already above the yearly average, urging Warwick residents to avoid wildlife and seek immediate care after any possible exposure.
