Providence Man Charged With DUI: Cops
The Providence man was pulled over and arrested in Warwick, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A Providence man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
David Alvarez, 29, was pulled over on Lincoln Avenue in Warwick shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday and arrested on charges of driving under the influence of liquor and refusing to submit to a chemical test, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Alvarez was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a court date, according to police.
