State Police Task Force Arrests Men From Warwick And Georgia: Cops
The two men were charged with conspiracy to commit a crime out of state, among other things.
WARWICK, RI — A Rhode Island State Police task force arrested men from Warwick and Georgia on a variety of charges, including conspiracy to commit a crime out of state, police said.
David O'Donnell, 37, a resident of Warwick, and Mykel Woodall, 26, a resident of Dallas, Georgia, were arrested Monday by the Auto Theft Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
In addition to conspiracy to commit a crime out of state, O'Donnell and Woodall were charged with possession of stolen motor vehicle and conspiracy to possess a stolen motor vehicle, according to the release.

O'Donnell and Woodall were processed at the Wickford Barracks taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center, the release said.
