Charlestown Man Charged With Obstructing Officer: Cops

WEST GREENWICH, RI — A Charlestown man was charged with obstructing an officer, police said.

Ridge Spears, 30, was pulled over and arrested on Interstate 95 in West Greenwich shortly after 1 p.m.Wednesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Spears was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and released with a court date, according to police.
