Accused Killer's Brother Arrested on Seven Charges

Police nab city man on pile of charges

Thomas Edward Pleau, 36, with no present address, was arrested on Friday at 8:17 p.m. after officers got a tip on where to find a suspect wanted in connection with a number of crimes. Police were told the suspect had been spotted in the area of CT Plus Convenience Store on Hamlet Avenue and knew he had an "associate" nearby. He was located at his friend's apartment in a large boarding house at 33 Hamlet Ave. and according to reports, his pockets contained women's jewelry and money from the Bahamas. Pleau was brought in on two charges of fraudulent use of credit cards, larceny under $500, domestic assault and three additional warrants.

Thomas Pleau is the brother of Jason Pleau, one of three suspects believed to be involved in the of Shell gas station manager David Main last year at Citizens Bank.

Roger Norman Belanger, 26, of 635 Park Ave. was arrested at home at noon on Friday on two warrants.

Angel Lee Cote, 18, of 80 Cass Ave. was arrested at home at 1:53 p.m. on Friday for domestic assault.

Daniel Richard Cote, 19, of 80 Cass Ave was arrested at home on Friday for domestic assault.

Marlene Figueroa, 19, of 27 Knight St. was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on Friday at Diamond Hill Road on a warrant.

Jose Jimenez, 37, of 91 Spring St. was arrested at 1 Elm St. at 6:05 p.m. for driving without a license.

Yolanda Sanchez, 34, of 126 Hamlet Ave. was arrested on Dulude Ave. at 10:39 p.m. on Friday for disorderly conduct.
