Cumberland Public Library 1464 Diamond Hill Road Cumberland, RI 02864 Wednesday, April 1, 2015 6-7PM

Join Gabrielle DeFusco, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and learn to move in new, fun ways and feel good, too! Yoga is a 6,000 year old mind-body practice that helps build strength and flexibility and improves posture, balance, self-esteem, and concentration, all while reducing stress and anxiety. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and wear modest, comfortable clothing you can move in. Yoga is practiced barefoot for your safety.

Teens in middle and high school welcome. Register online or call or visit the Reference Desk. Please pick up a release form at the reference desk. All participants must have this form signed by a parent or guardian to take the class.
