The Chowder Bowl
A trip to the Chowder Bowl in Bellingham, MA is delicious and "brings you back."
My favorite new place is The Chowder Bowl. Conveniently located just minutes away from Woonsocket in Southern Bellingham, it's pretty much the place to be in the summertime. With fresh seafood, a down home atmosphere, located in a neighborhood that transports you back to the days of your childhood, it really can't get any better than this.
At my table, we collectively ordered white clam chowder, red clam chowder, clam cakes, fish & chips, the lobster salad roll, and strawberry shortcake. And, boy, was it goo-ood. The prices are fair, especially for fresh seafood. And while they can't quite rival the likes of Aunt Carrie's and Iggie's down where I live in Narragansett... For Bellingham it's pretty awesome.
