Cumberland will be hosting its annual 4th of July Celebration this year on Independence Day, starting at 9am. The Arnold Mills Road Race will commence at 9am, followed by the annual city parade at 11am and finally a free concert at the Arnold Mills Methodist Church front lawn at 1pm.
