The Children's Room at the Cumberland Public Library is proud to present Musician Mr. Rowland. Bring your children and join us as Mr. Rowland sings fun story songs with a bluegrass twist.
Tickets for this free program for children ages 3 to 9 will be available in the Children's Room beginning Saturday, December 11, 2010.
