Grand Jury Indicts Woonsocket Man for Dealing Marijuana & Possession
Juan Mejia, 30, of Woonsocket was indicted on drug offenses, the Attorney General's office said.
WOONSOCKET, RI —Juan Mejia, 30, of Woonsocket, was indicted on two drug charges, according to the state Attorney General's office.
The charges are marijuana possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of one to five kilos of marijuana.
"It is alleged that on are about June 7, 2016, Mejia did unlawfully possess and intend to deliver marijuana" in Providence, the AG's office said.

Mejia is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on Feb. 1.
