ShelterWalk Takes Steps to Help Homeless Families

Community Care Alliance (formerly Family Resources Community Action/NRI Community Services) is hosting its 26th Annual ShelterWalk on Saturday October 18th at River Island Park in Woonsocket. Registration begins at 9:00 am, and the walk kicks off at 10:00 am. Proceeds from this event support the Woonsocket Shelter and homelessness prevention programs. Individuals, families and teams from schools, churches, businesses and neighborhoods are encouraged to participate. Thank you to our Premiere Sponsor United Healthcare Community Plan.
