MSC Girls Volleyball finished their season undefeated and look poised to vie for the state title, while the Villa Novans got their first win on the gridiron on Saturday.
WHS Football: After five consecutive losses, the Villa Novans finally grabbed their first win of the season against Tollgate on Saturday. Woonsocket defeated Tollgate 34-8 and although their playoff chances look pretty bleak, they'll try to keep the momentum going on Saturday against West Warwick.
MSC Boys Soccer: The Mounties are 8-6-1 on the season and will wrap things up on Monday against Mt. Hope. is 2-2-1 in their last five games and currently sit in fourth place in Division II North.
WHS Boys Soccer finished their regular season with a 7-7-2 record. And their .500 record guarantees them a playoff spot. They'll go into the playoffs riding a two-game winning streak and await the playoff seedings.

MSC Girls Soccer is 13-3 on the season with two games remaining and have solidified atleast the second seed out of Division II North. The Mounties will face off against Ponaganset and Exeter/West Greenwich this week to close out the regular season.
WHS Girls Soccer finished their tough season at 1-17, with their lone win coming against East Providence mid way through the season.

MSC Girls Volleyball finished 14-0 in Division I North Girls Volleyball this season and has attained the number one seed in the playoffs and a first round bye. The Mounties have been a dominant squad this year, winning 42 of 48 games this season. But MSC has shown that there may be some kinks in their armor lately, as they've dropped games in each of their last three matches, including two lost games to Ponaganset. The Mounties await the winner of the 4-5 matchup between Classical and North Kingstown for their quarterfinal match.
WHS Girls Volleyball finished the regular season at 2-12, with both victories coming against last place Shea. The finished in seventh place in Division II North, one spot out from from making the playoffs. Woonsocket will lose four seniors this year, including Captain Bianca Rivera, but will bring back Setter Grace Luyanda for one more season.
MSC Girls Tennis wrapped up their regular season in second place in Division I North with a 10-3 record. The Mounties went into the playoffs as the number three seed and got a convincing quarterfinal victory against Prout in the quarterfinals, but fell to the second seed LaSalle 4-2 in the semifinals.
WHS Girls Tennis finished the season at 4-10 and found themselves on the outside looking in for a playoff spot, finishing in sixth place in Division II North.
WHS Girls Field Hockey lost their final three games and finished at 2-10-4 on the season, unable to secure a playoff berth. The Villa Novans will only lose six seniors and have a very young team, which bodes well for the future of WHS Field Hockey.
