State Police Arrest Woonsocket Man

WOONSOCKET, RI —Michael Russ, 34, of Woonsocket, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on Dec. 22 for a Family Court Bench Warrant Reciprocal Body Attachment. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 99 in the Town of Lincoln. He was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
