State Police Arrest Woonsocket Man On Drug Charges
State Police said Christopher Grondin, 30, failed to appear in court for sentencing on previous possession and intent to distribute charges.

WOONSOCKET, RI — State Police arrested a Woonsocket man on an outstanding warrant for a drug charge during a traffic stop Saturday morning. Police said Christopher Grondin, 30, was wanted for failure to appear for sentencing on the charge of manufacturing, delivering and possession with intent to distribute.
The stop was made on Route 95 South in Providence. The warrant originated out of the Woonsocket Police Department.
State Police said Grondin was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks and taken to the Adult Correctional Intake Men's Intake Center.
