State Police Capture Woonsocket Armed Robbery Suspects
The two suspects were stopped in North Providence. They are facing firearms charges, state police said.
WOONSOCKET, RI—At a car stop in North Providence, state police apprehended two suspects wanted in connection with a Woonsocket armed robbery. Brittany D. Jefferies, 26, and Troy Adams, 32, both of Pawtucket, were stopped on Mineral Spring Avenue at 12:05 p.m. on Monday. She was charged with Possession of a firearm, arraigned at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and released.
He was charged with Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of a Firearm by Person Convicted of a Crime of Violence. He was held overnight pending arraignment in court.
