Woonsocket Man Arrested On Drug, Breaking-And-Entering Charges
State Police took Randy Fernandes into custody on three outstanding warrants during a traffic stop on East Street.
WOONSOCKET, RI – State Police arrested a Woonsocket man on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failing to appear in court to answer felony breaking-and-entering and drug charges on Wednesday. State Police said Randy Fernandes, 27, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Street in Woonsocket.
State Police said Fernandes is charged with failure to appear in court to answer a charge of drug possession with intent to distribute, drug possession and breaking and entering with felonious intent. All charges originated out of the Woonsocket Police Department.
Fernandes was transported to Scituate Barracks for processing before being brought to Providence Superior Court.

State Police also arrest Pedro Santiago, of Woonsocket, on a warrant for reckless driving. Police said the Santiago was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was arraigned and released.
