Woonsocket Man Arrested On Grand Theft, Domestic Assault Warrants
State Police said Justin Russell, 29, was arrested on five outstanding warrants out of Cranston, Johnston and Warwick on Tuesday.

WOONSOCKET, RI — State Police said members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a Woonsocket man on five outstanding warrants Tuesday, including charges related to domestic assault, larceny and grand theft, and breaking and entering. Justin Russell, 29, was detained on charges originating out of Cranston, Warwick and Johnston through Providence County Superior Court and Kent County Superior Court.
Russell was wanted on an affidavit and arrest warrant out of Cranston on a domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct charge, a warrant out of Warwick for failure to appear for a violation hearing on an original charge of larceny and grand theft, a Providence County Superior Court warrant for failure to appear for a violation hearing on a breaking and entering charge, a warrant out of Cranston on a robbery charge and a Johnston warrant for failure to appear for a violation hearing on grand theft.
Police said Russell was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
