The teen got into the car and said she was going to the school. However, he allegedly drove her to the rear of a building, which was not identified in the arrest report, instead of taking her to school. Then, police allege, he asked her to "perform sexual acts."

Police said the school social worker contacted them about 12:15 p.m. on Feb. 14. They responded and took the victim to the police station to investigate.
