With a sewer tap moratorium, limited plant capacity, and a $20 million claim at stake, the outcome could shape future growth and infrastructure spending in and around Chapin.
   

• Gilbert wins non-region matchup with Class 5A Chapin (thelakemurraynews.net) — Chapin High's football team narrowly fell 28-24 to Gilbert in a non-region matchup but quickly turns around to open Region 4-5A play at River Bluff this Friday.
