4. Hanahan man arrested after DUI crash into N. Charleston home: Police (counton2.com) — A North Charleston family's home was hit early Sunday when a Hanahan man allegedly drove drunk off Ashby Avenue and crashed into the residence, according to police. Officers say the driver showed signs of intoxication, failed field sobriety tests, and later registered a 0.17% breath alcohol level at the Al Cannon Detention Center before being charged with DUI.
5. Inaugural 'Dear Charleston Forum' focuses on homelessness in the Lowcountry (counton2.com) — Community leaders met in downtown Charleston for the first Dear Charleston Forum, tackling homelessness and housing instability affecting local families and students in Charleston County schools.
