• Oceanside collegiate captures sixth state tennis title; Porter-Gaud, First Baptist win (postandcourier.com) — Clinton High’s boys tennis team reached the Class AAA state finals but fell 6–0 to powerhouse Oceanside Collegiate on May 9, capping a strong season against elite competition. Oceanside’s coach praised Clinton as a well-coached, quality opponent, while other state titles went to Porter-Gaud girls soccer and First Baptist in separate SCISA action.
