The 2nd Annual South Carolina Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds

Food Truck Festivals of America is pleased to announce the Second Annual South Carolina Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival, coming to the South Carolina State Fairgrounds on Saturday, April 30th from noon-7pm (VIP Hour from 11am-noon). The 2016 festival is taking place at a new, larger venue and will feature unlimited sampling of 50+ regional and national craft beers and 25+ of the area’s best food trucks, including the very popular Too Fat 2 Fly. There will also be live music and face painting – fun for the whole family.

“Last year was our first food truck festival in Columbia and we suffered some growing pains in terms of line management and crowd control. We have learned our lesson! Our new venue is much larger and provides more traffic and parking options, and we are increasing the police and improving access to make sure our guests have a great experience from start to finish,” says Anne-Marie Aigner, founder of Food Truck Festivals of America.

This year’s festival will also feature a new partnership with Harvest Hope Food Bank. Attendees are asked to bring canned food donations to help in the fight to end hunger.

Attendees are advised to purchase tickets online at ftfa.eventbrite.com for one of three options (Food and beer are sold separately):

· Fox 102.3 VIP Hour (11am-noon): $20 in advance online or $25 onsite, offering attendees early access to the food and brewers, fewer lines, unlimited complimentary bottled water, and a free dessert.

· General admission to the Food Truck Festival (noon-7pm): $5 in advance online or $10 onsite.

· Unlimited Beer Sampling (3pm-7pm): $25 in advance online or $35 onsite, providing guests 21+ with unlimited 2oz samples of all of the craft beers. Price includes admission to the Food Truck festival.
