Here are the top three stories today in Columbia:

  1. According to Columbia police, three children — aged 8, 9, and 10 — are responsible for recent acts of vandalism at Bell Memorial Baptist Church. The children will reportedly not be arrested for the December and January incidents, but have been recommended to participate in a cleanup event at the church. (WLTX.com)
  2. Harvest Hope Food Bank is seeking volunteers to help pack 10,000 food boxes for those in need across South Carolina. Anyone interested can visit the food bank's volunteer page and view available shifts on the calendar. (ColaDaily.com)
  3. On Tuesday, two men were injured in an overnight shooting at an area apartment complex. According to Columbia police, the shooting took place at the Willow Run apartment complex. The victims are reportedly being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. (The State)
