Head to Finlay Park on Sunday for this outdoor gospel celebration and Memorial Day tribute to veterans and active duty men and women. Artists scheduled to perform include Pastor John P. Kee and Myron Butler. Local and regional musicla acts will also perform. Event starts at 4 p.m.

Palmetto Concert Band presents "A Memorial Tribute" with conductors James Copenhaver, William Moody and Scott Weiss. The band will perform several musical selections including "Children's March" by Grainger, "American Civil War Fantasy" by Bilik, and "The Stars and Stripes Forever." This event is free to the public.Â
Show your support for local firefighters and police officers by donating blood Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at the American Red Cross donation center.Â
