Make a Difference: Host a Foreign Exchange Student!
Ayusa, a not for profit educational and cultural exchange organization, is seeking permanent and temporary volunteer host families for high school foreign exchange students, ages 15-18, including several U. S. Department of State scholarship students. Students have their own spending money and medical insurance. They speak
English, but want to improve, and they have a wide range of interests from basketball through violin. Families provide meals, a bed, and a nurturing home environment. Experienced, dedicated Ayusa staff are always on call and work closely with participants to promote a rewarding experience for all. In Albania, Brazil, China, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Turkey, Vietnam, and more than 60 countries worldwide,
students are waiting to hear that a host family is ready to welcome them. Make a positive impact on international relations and make dreams come true by sharing your America! For more information: www.ayusa.org, or call Diane Knetzer (803) 781-4727.
