St. Andrews Needs an Event... Here Comes the Community Tree Lighting
Join us for a Community Tree Lighting at 901 St. Andrews Rd. on Dec. 4!
Irmo has the Okra Strut. Chapin has the Labor Day Parade. St. Andrews needs an event to call its own.
This was a casual discussion that took place around a table a few months ago. After a few minutes of wondering who should attempt to get something like this started we finally landed on... why not us? So after some quick dreaming and planning we present to you what will hopefully become the first annual .
Beginning at 5 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 4, we invite you to join us for a fun night that will include lighting a 30-foot tree, a carol-sing led by the St. Andrews Middle School Choir, a visit from Santa Claus, a visit from a local fire truck, and lots of door prizes to give away!

The event will take place at Columbia First Nazarene at 901 St. Andrews Road. Immediately following the tree lighting, everyone is invited to join us for a community holiday dinner in the gym beginning at 6 p.m.
We hope to see you, your friends and your family at our first St. Andrews Community Tree Lighting are excited about the possibilities of what the event could become in the future with partnership with local businesses and families! See you Dec. 4 at 5 p.m.!
