Brew at the Zoo Serves Samples of 100 Beers
Zoo-goers can enjoy entertainment while sampling a variety of beers.

Columbia residents can stroll through Riverbanks Zoo this weekend while enjoying samples of more than 100 specialty domestic, imports and microbrews.Â
Brew at the Zoo will last from 7 - 9:30 p.m. on Saturday. The event will feature entertainment from John Wesley Satterfield and His Damn Fine Band. Beer-tasters will also have the chance to see animal presentations throughout the night.Â
Tickets are $30 for Riverbanks members, $40 for the general public and $50 the day of the event. To order tickets, visit the zoo's website.

Brew at the Zoo is the annual fundraiser of the non-profit organization Riverbanks Society. All proceeds from the evening support Riverbanks Zoo. Â Â
Only guests 21 and older will be allowed to enter the event. Tickets for designated drivers will be on sale the evening of the event for $15. The zoo will pay for the first $10 of cab fare to homes or hotels in Richland and Lexington counties.Â
