Calling all Filmmakers: Submissions Are Open For October 2026
We're ready to Celebrate Your Drama, Action, Comedy, sci-fi, Animation, Ai, Horror, Western , Social Justice and Documentary Shorts during the Holiday Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, October 10th & 11th in Columbia, SC.
Artists and Storytellers are ever more important right now as your Talent benchmarks History, Talent, Joy, Struggle and the Voice of the Nation and we offer the warm welcoming and celebratory Film Festival environment that you've been waiting for!
Partnering with the South Carolina Black Film Festival, the Queens International Film Festival is heading South to meet you at the South Carolina State Museum for two-days of Screenings, Workshops, a Panel and an audience/filmmaker open discussion.
Students, First-Timers and Seasoned Professionals are always welcome and can expect an intimate Weekend of Screenings, Workshops, a Panel and an Audience/Filmmaker Discussion of the state and future of Independent Films and Ai.
