CLINT HAMMOND 'THREE-PEATS' AS COLUMBIA BUILDER GROUP'S MORTGAGE PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
Mortgage Network branch manager recognized for another excellent year by Greater Columbia Home Builders Association
Clint Hammond, branch manager of the Columbia, South Carolina office of Mortgage Network Inc., was recently named Mortgage Professional of the Year by the Greater Columbia Home Builders Association. This marks the third straight year Hammond has received the award, which honors excellence in the housing industry based on a candidate’s individual performance over the past year.
Hammond was presented with the award at the 27th annual REGAL Awards dinner held recently at the Columbia Marriott. He was also accepted into the group’s “Mortgage Lender Regal Circle,” an accolade reserved for lenders who close more than $1 million in new construction loans.
“I’m thrilled to be recognized once again by my colleagues in the building community,” Hammond said. “It’s an incredible honor. A great deal of credit belongs to my team at Mortgage Network, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure every customer is able to reach their home financing goals.”
Winners of the REGAL Awards are selected based on several factors, including the number of construction loans sold, their community service record and letters of recommendation.
