Firefighters responded to a fire call around 6 a.m. at Crush Gentlemen's Club on River Drive just outside of St. Andrews, according to multiple news reports.  The <a href="http://www.thestate.com/2012/03/08/2182870/river-drive-club-catches-fire.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">fire caused about $100,000 in damages</a>, and blocked traffic on River Drive until about 8:15 a.m., according to a report in The State.  Richland County Sheriff's deputies have responded to two incidents at Crush Gentlemen's Club in March.   A woman in the club was .
