A Columbia man is charged with driving under the influence after <a href="http://www.thestate.com/2013/04/28/2747263/columbia-man-charged-in-hit-and.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a hit-and-run spree Sunday morning</a>, according to a report in The State.  Gerald Anderson, 23, is also charged with driving under suspension and leaving the scene of an accident, according to the report. A trooper with the S.C. Highway Patrol said Anderson's 2009 Chevrolet sedan crossed into oncoming traffic on Burning Tree Road in the St. Andrews area and ran head-on into another car, according to the report.
