COLUMBIA, SC RESIDENTS SAVED NEARLY $500,000 ON PRESCRIPTIONS IN 2014 USING PHARMACY DISCOUNT CARDS
Pharmacy Discount Cards have saved Columbia residents in the past and are being issued again this month.
July 21, 2015 — ScriptRelief has announced that its family of pharmacy discount cards helped Columbia, SC residents save nearly $500,000 on prescription medications in 2014. This month, the company is mailing a new round of its popular Healthcare Alliance cards to households throughout Columbia.

The complimentary cards provide discounts on FDA-approved prescription medications sold at numerous pharmacies including Costco, Rite Aid, Target, Walgreen’s and Walmart. The cards are pre-activated and no registration is required for use. Cardholders simply present the card to the pharmacist when filling a prescription at their local pharmacy.

ScriptRelief’s Healthcare Alliance card makes prescription medications more affordable. While discounts vary based on the prescriptions being filled, cardholders can save up to 75 percent on prescription medications.
The pharmacy discount cards are free, and cardholder information is never sold or rented to a third party. The cardholder’s information is fully protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA.)
