Contractor Shortage Causes Delay In Yard Waste And Recycling Pickup In Richland County

Because of staff shortages for contracted trash haulers, residents in some parts of the County may experience delays in yard waste and recycling pick up today.

Residents in the Broad River Road area, parts of Ballentine and Chapin (Area 1) and sections of the area north and south of Garner's Ferry Road (Area 6) may have pick up moved to Saturday, July 31.

Services should be on time starting Monday.
